ChatterBox

The ChatterBox Voice and SMS Traffic Generator is a self-contained system that generates background voice chatter and SMS messages on UMTS, GSM and CDMA networks for those training or intelligence missions requiring real-world simulation of cellular communications networks.

Available in both 16- and 32-channel models, the ChatterBox is capable of providing up to eight simultaneous mobile-to-mobile calls on the 16-channel model and up to sixteen simultaneous mobile-to-mobile calls on the 32-channel model.

Both models support up to four SIM cards per channel allowing up to 64 IMSI registrations on the 16-channel system and up to 128 IMSI registrations on the 32-channel system.

Easily configured and monitored through a simple-to-use graphical user interface, the ChatterBox can be programmed to run remotely, generating Voice and SMS messaging traffic 24 hours a day without operator intervention.

The Pico‐UMTS Network is the most compact, portable UMTS network available in the market and is widely deployed by a number of DoD and other Government organizations.

It can support 1000+ subscribers and support both HSDPA+ (up to 21 Mbps) and HSUPA+ (up to 5.7 Mbps) high-speed packet data communications.

The Pico‐UMTS Network fully supports all the everyday functions expected from a 3G cellular network such as call‐waiting, call‐holding and caller ID. It can be custom configured as a single NodeB, Multi NodeB and easy deployable suitcase to meet any requirements.

The Multi-NodeB UMTS Network is the most capable, fully specified UMTS network solution on the market today.

The Multi-NodeB UMTS Network can operate in a variety of modes, including as a single base station subsystem or as a larger, networked base station subsystem with multiple nodes.

All communications between the components of the Multi-NodeB UMTS Network are accomplished over IP connectivity, resulting in flexible network deployments that can be easily integrated into exiting network infrastructure.

The UMTS Network supports various frequency bands from 850 MHz to 2100 MHz.

Multi-TRX GSM or UMTS

The Multi-TRX GSM Network is the most capable, fully specified GSM network solution on the market today. This system can provide every major available feature in today’s commercial GSM networks including voice calling, Short Message Service (SMS), GPRS/EDGE data, handovers and mobile authentication.

The Multi-TRX GSM Network can operate in a variety of modes, including as a single base station subsystem or as a larger, networked base station subsystem with multiple nodes.

All communications between the components of the Multi-TRX GSM Network are accomplished over IP connectivity, resulting in flexible network deployments that can be easily integrated into exiting network infrastructure.

The Multi-TRX GSM Network is available in 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 1900 MHz frequency bands and supports both GPRS and EDGE data connectivity.

CDMA/EVDO Systems

Pico-EVDO

The Pico-EVDO Network fully-supports all of the everyday functions expected from a cellular data network. It has data speeds capable of up to 3.1 Mbps on the downlink and 1.8 Mbps on the uplink.
Multiple systems can be networked together through satellite, WiMAX or other backhaul methods to increase the range of data network coverage.
Deployable with TLC Solutions’ Pico-CDMA Network to provide both voice and high-speed data communications services.

Pico-CDMA

The Pico‐CDMA Network fully‐supports all the everyday functions expected from a cellular networkin addition to providing secure communications capabilities.
The Pico‐CDMA Network eliminates the need for costly network elements such as the Radio Network Controller (RNC) and Transcoding and Rate Adaption Unit (TRAU) by integrating these functions into a single unit.

LTE Systems

TLC Solutions’ 4G LTE eNodeB is the smallest, fully‐specified LTE solution on the market today. This radio can provide every major available feature in today’s commercial LTE networks.
The 4G LTE eNodeB is available in a number of different form factors and with a variety of options including support for multi‐media, email and chat. It can be packaged in a carrying case capable of fitting in an overhead bin of most commercial aircraft making it easily deployable and operational within minutes.
The eNodeB houses the components for transmitting and receiving LTE radio signals (transceivers). The transceivers are what communicate directly with mobile devices. The eNodeB is also responsible for encrypting and decrypting communications between the mobile device and the MME.
The eNodeB supports up to 32 (current)/64 (future) channels (data only) with shared data rates of up to 100 Mbps (download) and 50 Mbps (upload).
It will also support [customer defined] LTE frequency band with various power output options (radio dependent). Each eNodeB will be able to be configured to any of the EARFCNs available in the [customer defined] Band.

ICEBox

The ICEBox is a fully functional Internet Server, Chat Server, and Email Server designed for offline Internet simulation. Fully customizable and hosted on a single server platform, the ICEBox can be the cloud when the real cloud isn’t available. The ICEBox is also an effective solution when it is necessary to segregate your network from the real world Internet, creating a secure closed loop environment. Web sites can be updated periodically to keep relevant data up to date, making the information realistic and dynamic. With the ICEBox you are the WEB Master.

Rapid Deployment Emergency

Command & Control Center (RDEC3)

REDCOM and TLC Solutions have teamed up to “cut the wires” by combining the technologies of REDCOM’s SLICE® 2100™ and TLC Solutions’ Portable GSM Network, creating a self-contained switching system, designed to serve as the communications hub for a Rapidly Deployable Emergency Command and Control Center (RDEC3). The RDEC3 is a small, fully-specifi ed GSM/Softswitch solution. Backed by REDCOM’s and TLC Solutions’ world-class integration and support services, this system can provide the features found in today’s commercial PBXs and GSM networks including voice calling, Short Message Service (SMS), GPRS/EDGE data, handovers and mobile authentication.
